I'm a Certified Body Trust Provider and I've received training in treating eating disorders from Be Nourished and the Eating Recovery Center. I've received advanced training in treating post traumatic stress and complex trauma from the Arizona Trauma Institute and EMDR (Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing) from EMDR consultants. I'm a resident of the Rogue Valley and I enjoy gardening, hiking, crafts, and spending time with my family. I consider myself a fellow traveler of life and it would be my honor to support you as you work towards achieving your goals.
